Polish and Georgian experts have met the representatives of the municipalities of Guria, business sector and non-governmental organizations. At the introductory meeting, they have talked about the creation of a working group of the experts to develop the concept of the tourism brand of Guria and the planning of the activities provided by the project.
At the end, it was signed the “Memorandum of friendship and cooperation” . between the municipalities of Ozurgeti and Chelm (Poland), which envisages mutual cooperation and sharing of experience between the two cities in socio-economic and cultural-educational directions.
The project supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland in the frames of “ Polish Development Aid” is being implemented by Stowarzyszenie Samorządów Euroregionu Bug in cooperation with the partners: Centrum Współpracy Polska-Wschód/Poland-East Cooperation Centre, „Center for participation and collaboration CPC”, „I (First) Block“, Ozurgeti, Chokhatauri and Lanchkhuti municipalities
