Within the framework of the European Union funded project, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Ozurgeti Municipal Sakrebulo and the “Center for Participation and Collaboration CPC “.
The director of the project, Nana Sikharulidze, spoke at length about the socio-economic needs of women representing ethnic minorities living in Ozurgeti municipality and the benefits that the beneficiary women will receive as a result of the activities planned within the project.
The Chairman of the Ozurgeti Sakrebulo Davit Darchia has noted that every step taken towards the economic empowerment of women will have a maximum support, especially if it concerns the community of vulnerable groups. The head of the Gender Equality Council, Nino Chanishvili, spoke about the support of the activities defined by the project.
