The pilot study “Assessment of design and maturity of public services in Lanchkhuti, Ozurgeti and Chokhatauri municipalities” has been prepared by the organisations “Center for Participation and Collaboration CPC” and “ I (First) Block”.
Giorgi Vashakidze, the author of the methodology, international public administration expert: “As a result of the assessment conducted in three municipalities of the Guria region, the reports were created that described and analyzed the strengths and areas for improvement that the municipalities have in terms of creating and providing public services. In addition, the evaluators suggested the introduction of a number of practical actions to the municipalities.”
The project was being implemented with the innovative approaches and methodology of the “Public Services Maturity System”, created by the “Center for Innovations and Reforms”, within the framework of the EU Mission-funded project – “Development of the Public Administration Reform Monitoring System”.
