“Participation and Engagement Center Sipis”, within the framework of the “Transparency and Accountability – for Civil Welfare” project supported by the “Civil Society Institute”, announces a tender for the preparation of the organization’s website.
The purpose of the website is to inform interested parties about the activities and services provided by the organization. Through the website, the population will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers on topics of interest to them.
Individuals and legal entities with relevant qualifications and experience have the right to participate in the tender.
General requirements:
– simple, modern design adapted to the interests of different generations;
– provision of Georgian and English languages;
– adapted for disabled people;
– fast navigation;
– visitor statistics and other data;
– simple control panel;
– one-year technical support of the page;
– The contractor must ensure that the information provided by the organization is processed, translated into English and placed on the website;
– The contractor must ensure the purchase of the domain name and the payment of the fee for 5 years of its use;
– The contractor must ensure the purchase of hosting and the payment of the fee for its use for 5 years;
– The contractor must ensure at least 3 visits to Ozurgeti (physical and not online) and agree on the design of the website with the project team;
– The contractor must provide the customer with training on the use of the control panel.
Within the framework of the project, compensation of 6,980 GEL is provided for the provision of the mentioned service.
Qualification requirements:
– At least three years of experience in the preparation of websites.
